Users around the world are reporting failures in the chatbot ChatGPT. The service does not respond to requests, and in most cases the application does not open. This was confirmed on April 20 by data from the Detector404 portal.

Complaints are received from the USA, the Netherlands, Germany, as well as from Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg). In total, more than 1 thousand requests were recorded. The reasons for the failure are still unknown.
