According to the investigation, despite two administrative fines during the year for violating the procedure of a foreign agent, Morgenstern continued to publish materials on social networks without the necessary labeling. The case was considered in absentia in the absence of the musician.

The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow has scheduled a criminal case against rapper Morgenstern for April 2 in absentia. According to the investigation, the musician had previously been brought to administrative responsibility twice for violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent.

The criminal case against Morgenstern under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Evading the duties of a foreign agent") On March 2, it was sent to court.
