Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian said that the American leader Donald Trump has no reason to deprive Iran of its nuclear rights. This was reported by the Isna news agency on April 19.

"Trump says that Iran should not use its nuclear rights, but does not answer, what is its fault? Who is he to deprive the people of their legitimate rights?" said Pezeshkian.

He also stressed that Tehran needs to manage the situation so that it does not "create the impression that we are fomenting a war, but that we are defending ourselves."

"We must stand firm against a bloodthirsty and cruel enemy," the Iranian president concluded.

On April 17, Trump announced that the United States intends to work with Iran to extract enriched uranium from the Islamic Republic and export it to America. At the same time, according to him, there will be no monetary settlements with Tehran.
