The bodies of the couple with stab wounds to the neck and chest were found after their quarrel in Mytishchi near Moscow. This was reported on April 19 in the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region.

According to preliminary data, at night, screams of a quarrel between the spouses living there could be heard from the apartment located in the house on Vorovsky Street. Upon arrival of the staff of the operational investigation team, the door of the apartment on the 16th floor was locked from the inside. After its autopsy by the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the bodies of a man and a woman were found in the room.

"An investigator of the territorial investigation department of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region has initiated two criminal cases on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder")," the Investigative Committee said in a statement on the MACH messenger.

According to the source of Izvestia, the dead are the actor of the Fest theater Vladislav Bengraf and his wife Evgenia. She was in charge of the make-up shop of the same theater. One of the last roles of Bengraf was the Marquis in the play Cyrano de Bergerac. According to preliminary data, the couple inflicted fatal wounds on each other with kitchen knives.

Investigators conducted an inspection of the scene, seized knives and trace information. A complex of forensic examinations has been appointed, including fingerprinting and examination of cold weapons. Witnesses are being questioned. No other details were disclosed. The investigation is ongoing.
