In Vladimirovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) blew up a school after the director of the educational institution refused to let them in. This was announced on April 19 by a refugee from this settlement, Mykola Shevchenko.
"She refused them. They had a conflict. Then they left, and at night there were explosions. The school was completely destroyed then," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
