The incident with the shooting of employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) at a civilian car in Kiev on Saturday speaks to the degradation of the regime of President Vladimir Zelensky. This was stated on April 18 by Oleg Soskin, a former assistant to ex-leader Leonid Kuchma, during an on-air broadcast on YouTube.

"It's just lawlessness! Look at what is happening in Kiev! The TCC opened fire on civilians in broad daylight. <...> The soldiers have already gone berserk, they are attacking their own people," he said indignantly.

The expert noted that the employees of the shopping mall were aware of their own impunity. That is why they committed such a crime in the center of Kiev.

In Ukraine, on April 15, employees of the shopping mall detained a man who accompanied children on a school bus. When checking the documents, law enforcement officers found that he had violated the rules of military registration. The children were transferred to another bus, after which they continued on their way.

In Odessa, on April 18, a teenager set fire to a minibus belonging to a shopping mall. The minor was detained. During the interrogation, he said that unknown persons had promised him $1.5 thousand as a reward for arson.
