The Dome of Donbass system prevented 80 terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a week.

The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system, together with consolidated mobile fire groups, prevented 80 attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the past week. This was announced on April 19 by the press service of the Russian FSB Directorate for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

It is noted that the Ukrainian formations continue to use the tactics of combined raids directed against the civilian population and infrastructure facilities. In the area of the railway junction near Donetsk, the Zhuk and RAM 2-X attack drones equipped with high-explosive fragmentation warheads were destroyed.

Also, a Rubaka drone was intercepted near an electrical substation in the Shakhtersky municipal District, which carried two ammunition with a total explosive mass of more than 5 kg and additional damaging elements. At the same time, attempts to attack a transformer substation and civilian vehicles using FPV drones with improvised explosive devices were recorded in Gorlovka.

The ministry added that all the detected drones were intercepted, after which explosives experts neutralized them and destroyed the warheads without harm to civilians and infrastructure.

On April 12, it was reported that the Dome of Donbass had prevented 211 terrorist attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It was clarified that 165 unmanned aerial vehicles were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, 46 over Gorlovka. In addition, in Gorlovka, near the electric substation, the Dome of Donbass successfully suppressed the Ukrainian Baba Yaga, armed with five high-explosive fragmentation munitions.
