Rosreestr talked about the new rules for donating real estate

The Federal Register will not be able to make a donation of real estate without a notary. This was announced on April 18 by Viktor Zherdev, head of the Department for the Irkutsk Region.

"Now such an agreement concluded between citizens must be notarized. The new procedure prevents the conclusion of transactions made under the influence of deception, violence, threats or adverse circumstances," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
