Iran has opened its airspace and part of its airports for the first time since February 28. This was announced on April 18 by the country's aviation authorities.

On April 15, the Federal Air Transport Agency announced permission to fly to Israel from April 16 to May 15 from 07:00 to 01:00. On April 17, the first flight from Russia took off for Tel Aviv after restrictions were lifted.
