Trading in T-Technologies shares resumed on the Moscow Stock Exchange after the split

T-Technologies resumed trading in shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange after completing the split procedure in a 1:10 ratio. This was announced on April 17 by the company's press service.

Thus, after the split, each share of T-Technologies turned into 10. The price was adjusted in the same proportion, and the total number of shares increased from 268 million to 2.68 billion. The company explains this decision by the desire to increase the availability of securities for private investors. The lot remained unchanged — you can buy and sell one share at a time.

In the first hours after the split, T-Technologies shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange increased by more than 2.5%. By 12:00 Moscow time, the price per paper reached 327 rubles. Analysts interviewed by the company predict the average share price of "T" at 500 rubles during the year. Thus, the potential of securities will grow by 50% compared to the current figure.

The company will continue to pay quarterly dividends. According to the statement, payments take up to 30% of the net profit for the year. The Board of Directors of T-Technologies recommended the payment of 4.5 rubles per share after the split. According to the forecast for the current year, total dividends per share will grow by more than 20%.

At the end of March, T-Technologies reported on its financial performance in 2025. The group's revenue reached a record and amounted to 1.4 trillion rubles (+49% year-on-year). At the same time, operating net profit increased by 43%, amounting to 174.4 billion rubles, and the number of ecosystem customers exceeded 54 million.
