The court turned the property of Voronezh ex-judge Kuchinsky into state revenue
The Moscow Meshchansky Court has granted an anti-corruption lawsuit against former Deputy Chairman of the Voronezh Regional Court Yevgeny Kuchinsky, his relatives and trusted persons on the conversion of property into state income. This was announced on Friday, April 17, by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
During the meeting, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that a three-room apartment in Khimki, an apartment in Moscow and a house with a plot of land in the Moscow region be converted into state income.
A Lexus RX car and two garage boxes were also seized from the designated defendants.
On March 13, the Higher Qualification Board of Judges (HCCC) of Russia also sent materials to the Prosecutor General's Office regarding two judges due to the discrepancy between their incomes and large assets. It was about Kuchinsky and the judge of the Khimki City Court of the Moscow region, chairman of the Council of judges of the region, Vladimir Tatarov.
