The proposal to transfer Iran's enriched uranium to Russia has not yet been requested by the United States. This was announced on April 17 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"We, the Russian side, are open to this, as President [of Russia Vladimir] Putin has repeatedly said. Putin. But now this proposal is not in demand from the United States," he said at a briefing.
Peskov added that the Russian proposal is in force, but at the current stage it is "not on the negotiating table."
