UAC handed over a new batch of Su-35S fighters to the Russian Air Force
The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), as part of Rostec, has transferred another batch of Su-35S multi-role fighters of the 4++ generation to the troops. This was announced on April 17 in the Telegram channel of the state corporation.
"The Su-35S multi-role fighters of the 4++ generation are produced by our UAC. The aircraft underwent a full cycle of factory tests before being sent to the army and were tested in various operating modes by pilots of the Ministry of Defense. The military personnel note that the machine works flawlessly and is comfortable for the crew," the report says.
According to Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy General Director of Rostec, these fighters are currently the most effective modern combat vehicles in the world and hold the record for the number of intercepted enemy vehicles. He noted that the equipment has proven itself in the military, and the pilots point to the high characteristics of the Su-35S, which serves as the most objective assessment.
It is noted that the machine works flawlessly and is comfortable for the crew. The aircraft is designed to solve a wide range of tasks: from intercepting targets at long-range approaches and covering ground targets to destroying drones and striking ground and surface targets with precision weapons. The Su-35S' capabilities also make it possible to conduct reconnaissance and attack enemy positions at considerable depth from the line of contact.
On April 9, Rostec State Corporation announced its intention to create a 4.5-ton NK-3 for the Voronezh ultralight launch vehicle. It was noted that such developments will be designed for the first and second degrees. This initiative will allow the launch of ultralight rockets and expand the market for space services for launching small satellites.
