The plot unfolds four years after the events of the previous installment of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Peter Parker will have to face the consequences of his choice, because of which the world has forgotten his true name.

The world premiere of the film is scheduled for July 31, 2026. The hero will start life from scratch, trying to combine the fight against crime and loneliness. According to Sony's official description, the character will devote himself entirely to protecting New York City, becoming Spider-Man full-time, but will face a threat that will affect his physical nature.

One of the main intrigues of the new part will be the physical transformation of the hero. The film notes that Spider-Man will have an organic web that will become much stronger and will be able to cut through enemies' weapons.

The trailer also showed that Peter Parker's eyes darken, and he begins to suffer from memory lapses due to genetic changes. The plot involves the gradual evolution of the character into a kind of Super Spider (Spider Monster).
