An employee of public utilities was killed in an explosion in Vladikavkaz, which occurred during the loading of dumpsters. This was announced on April 17 by the head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo.

"This morning, an explosion occurred at the corner of Mezhdunarodnaya Street and Partizansky Lane while loading dumpsters. Unfortunately, an employee of the public utilities who was cleaning the territory at that moment died," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
