The European Association of Zoos and Aquariums (EAZA) refused to take part in the search for a bride for Manulu Timofey from the Moscow Zoo. Tomasz Rusek, the organization's Director of Public Relations and Communications, announced this on April 17.

"On behalf of the European Association of Zoos and Aquariums <...> we are not aware of any cooperation talks regarding manuls," Rusek said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier it became known that several European zoos will not be able to help Manul Timofey find a bride.
