From the Plesetsk cosmodrome, the combat crew of the space forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) launched a Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle with spacecraft launched in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense. This was announced on April 17 by the Roscosmos press service in the Telegram channel.

"After launch, the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle was escorted by means of the cosmodrome's ground-based measuring system," the company said.
