On April 14-15, the Crocus Expo hosted the Blockchain Forum 2026 in the capital, the largest crypto event in Russia and one of the key industry events in the world in the field of cryptocurrencies, web3, digital assets and artificial intelligence technologies. The forum brought together 16,370 participants, confirming its role as a key platform where the market agenda is formed and trends and solutions that determine the development for the coming year for Russia, the CIS and the international Web3 community are discussed.

A meaningful dialogue between the crypto business and the government took place within the framework of the forum. For the first time, so many regulatory sessions were held on the same site in two days, which were attended by the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, heads of the Bank of Russia, representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Finance and other government agencies. Issues of regulation, infrastructure development and integration of digital assets into the economy were discussed.

Leading representatives of the global industry took the stage: founders of crypto projects, top managers of major companies, investors and representatives of the public sector, as well as major Russian IT and fintech companies, including Yandex, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, T-Bank, MTS and many others.

One of the central events was a speech by Errol Musk— an entrepreneur and investor in the field of digital assets and AI, the father of Elon Musk. His strategic view on the development of technologies and markets aroused considerable interest from the audience.

Garrett Bullish, one of the largest investors in crypto assets, also presented his position on the market and shared his assessment of the current stage and prospects for the development of the industry.

A separate information guide was a speech by Alexander Vinnik— co-founder of BTC-e. He spoke publicly for the first time about the early stage of the formation of the crypto market.

The business program also featured the first large-scale AI Future Forum dedicated to artificial intelligence and its role in shaping the new digital economy and the future of Russia and the world. Industry leaders Rosatom State Corporation, NTI, representatives of the State Duma, financial and technology corporations spoke here.

The Blockchain Forum has traditionally acted not only as a business platform, but also as a space for the most useful networking. In two days, the participants held dozens of meetings and negotiations! The forum brought together a business program, an exhibition and a professional community, creating an environment for direct interaction between key market players.

The Blockchain Forum has become:

— a meeting place for whales, foundations and top companies
— a platform where deals are concluded and partnerships are formed
— the main networking hub of the industry in the region

The event ended with an official AfterParty, where the participants continued to communicate in an informal setting. The main guest of the evening was L'One with a live performance.

The next event of the Blockchain Life series will take place on December 1-2, 2026 in Dubai and will once again unite key participants in the global market.

At the same time, registration for the next Blockchain Forum in Moscow has already been opened, where the industry will continue to shape the agenda and key partnerships.
