In the program of state guarantees of free medical care, priority is given to early detection of diseases. He also noted that high-tech medical care has become twice as affordable for residents of the regions. This was announced on April 16 by Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.

"It is necessary to focus on the innovations of the state guarantee program. Of course, today the priority is placed on early detection of the disease," Murashko's statement is quoted by TASS.

According to him, the state guarantee program includes preventive examinations and medical examinations, which are aimed at detecting diseases at an early stage.
