The Russian Ambassador pointed to the almost complete cessation of contacts between Russia and Finland.

Relations between Russia and Finland are in a very deplorable state, currently they practically do not exist. Pavel Kuznetsov, the Russian Ambassador to Finland, told about this on April 16.

"In four years, the Finnish authorities have destroyed almost everything that was developed by our countries in many post-war decades in the socio-political, trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and other fields. All communications have been severed, the border is closed, there is no passenger service," he told TASS.
