The unstable operation of Internet services in Russia is related to security issues. This statement was made on April 15 by the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, during his annual report to the deputies of the legislative assembly of the region.

"Now you will object to me: what digital services, give me a stable Internet. But back to the first question: let's make every effort to win, and we will have both mobile and permanent Internet, not just cable in Wi-Fi zones. We must understand this, there are security issues," he said.
