A resident of France was accused of selling tens of thousands of fake sick leave
In France, a 25-year-old resident is accused of illegally selling 44,000 sick leave. This was reported on April 15 by the Austrian newspaper Heute.
"The man has been charged with fraud, forgery of documents and illegal medical activity on the Internet," the article says.
It is noted that the attacker sold 44,000 fake disability certificates for €21 apiece, thus earning almost €1 million. At the same time, the suspect was arrested on March 31 near the city of Nantes. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to €1 million.
In July last year, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi dropped the case against a Utah doctor who was accused of falsifying COVID-19 vaccination certificates and destroying government COVID-19 vaccines worth more than $28,000.
