On April 20, 2026, the third flagship conference of the Association of the Largest Consumers of Software and Equipment, AKPO—Conf 2026, will be held at the Lomonosov innovation cluster in Moscow. The event will bring together representatives of major Russian companies, IT solution developers, and relevant regulators to discuss key areas of digital economy development.

The conference traditionally serves as a platform for summarizing the interim results of digital transformation and forming new strategies for the development of the industry. The focus is on the practice of import substitution, ensuring technological sovereignty and adapting businesses to modern economic conditions.

The business program will be opened by the plenary discussion "IT sovereignty: to be or to seem", dedicated to the issues of the IT sector's ability to respond to internal and external challenges. Speakers will include: Sergey Bezbogov (VTB Bank), Sergey Boyarsky (State Duma of the Russian Federation), Pavel Gontarev (VK / VK Technologies), Dmitry Gorshkov (Roscosmos), Vadim Zheltukhin (ALROSA), Boris Nuraliev (1C), Rustam Rustamov (RED SOFT), Ilya Sivtsev (Astra Group), Evgeny Charkin (Russian Railways).

The business program includes thematic sessions, expert discussions, industry cases and presentations of technological solutions. An important part will be the "exchange of business contacts", a format of pre–arranged meetings between customers and vendors aimed at developing partnerships and launching joint projects.

Other participants include representatives of major Russian companies and government agencies, including Sberbank PJSC, Rostec and Rosatom State Corporations, Gazprom Neft PJSC, Rostelecom PJSC, Transneft PJSC and others. Representatives of federal authorities, relevant ministries and development institutions are expected to participate, which will ensure a direct dialogue between business and the state on the development of the IT market.

According to the results of the previous year, the conference confirmed the high interest from the industry: more than 3.6 thousand people took part, the business program included dozens of sessions, and the media coverage exceeded 35 million people. AKPO-Conf 2026 will continue to strengthen its status as one of the key industry platforms shaping Russia's digital development agenda.
