Gutan called for banning corrupt officials from entering the civil service

It is necessary to prohibit the admission to public service of persons dismissed due to loss of trust for corruption violations. This was announced on April 15 by the Prosecutor General of Russia, Alexander Gutsan, while delivering a report to the Federation Council.

"Those who receive such a "black mark" should not be able to re—enter the civil service," Gutsan said.
