Putin noted the importance of supporting teenagers in difficult situations.
Teenagers who find themselves in a difficult life situation need support, so it is important to create the necessary conditions for their self-realization. This was pointed out by Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 15 in his greeting to the participants of the XXV All-Russian Congress of Commissioners for Children's Rights in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
His text was read out at the event by Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.
"It is gratifying that among your priority topics is organizing work with teenagers who find themselves in a difficult life situation. I would like to emphasize that it is extremely important to support such guys, create the necessary conditions for their self—realization, the disclosure of talents and abilities — in creativity, sports, science, and other fields," the Kremlin's website says.
