A teenager who was preparing a terrorist attack on a railway in Tomsk was convicted of treason

A district military court has sentenced a minor resident of the Tomsk Region to 6.5 years in an educational colony for high treason and preparing a terrorist attack on a railway commissioned by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). This was reported on April 15 in the Telegram channel of the 2nd Eastern District Military Court.

"The District Military Court has convicted a minor resident of the Tomsk region for high treason and attempted commission of a terrorist act. The court, taking into account the specifics of criminal responsibility and punishment of minors, sentenced P. for a total of crimes to imprisonment for a period of six years and six months while serving his sentence in an educational colony," the report says.
