The Civic Chamber of Russia (CC RF) supported the idea of introducing a single social card for pensioners. This was announced on April 15 by Vladislav Grib, Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

"I fully support the idea of introducing a single social card for pensioners, which will be valid throughout the Russian Federation. This card will provide the right to free travel and benefits for pensioners, which will certainly make life easier for our elderly citizens," Grib said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
