Rosobrnadzor approved the rules for passing the Unified State Exam in 2026
Rosobrnadzor has defined the rules for passing the Unified State Exam (USE) in 2026. According to the new requirements, students are required to complete exam assignments on their own.
According to RIA Novosti, during the tests, participants are prohibited from talking to each other, as well as carrying mobile phones, calculators, reference materials and written notes. Graduates should leave their personal belongings in a specially designated place.
The student's desk may contain only exam papers, a black pen, a passport, and authorized additional materials on a specific subject. The rules also allow the availability of medicines, drinking water and food.
If necessary, the participant must leave all materials on the table, including drafts and writing materials. It is forbidden to take them outside the office or photograph them.
For violating the established procedure, a student will be removed from the exam. If a participant receives an unsatisfactory grade in compulsory subjects such as Russian or mathematics, they will be able to re—pass the certification within the reserve time frame.
