On April 15, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation proposed to introduce a single standard procedure for providing dormitories for students.

"To approve the attached standard procedure for providing students with living quarters in dormitories by organizations engaged in educational activities. This order comes into force on September 1, 2026," the text of the draft order, quoted by RIA Novosti, says.
