The head of Zelensky's office pointed to the strengths of Russian diplomats

Russian diplomats know well how to negotiate and have all the necessary information at their disposal. This was announced on April 14 by Kirill Budanov, head of the office of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring).

"The Russians also know very well how to negotiate, <...> understand the real situation. They have accurate data: maps, figures, calculations, how much resources will be enough, how much it will cost," he said in an interview with Bloomberg.
