In Stupino, near Moscow, an unknown man in a vest was beating imaginary enemies with a kitchen axe at the entrance of one of the houses. On April 14, the footage was published in the Rosgvardiya press service on the website.

The published footage shows that the man is brandishing a weapon, while some residents of the house are coming out of the entrance. Later, the 46-year-old attacker was detained by Rosgvardiya officers who arrived at the residents' call.

When asked by a medical officer about alcohol consumption, the attacker admitted that he was drunk. According to him, he used an axe to "fight demons." The Rosgvardiya noted that the violator was handed over to the police for further investigation.

In St. Petersburg, on March 31, police officers detained a man who was walking with a chainsaw in the historical center of the city. It was noted that the violator turned out to be a 50-year-old resident of the Pskov region, he was heavily intoxicated.
