Rosatom sees the interest of the new Hungarian authorities in the Paks-2 nuclear power plant project. This was announced on April 14 by Alexey Likhachev, CEO of the state corporation.
"We are open and expect the same trust in the implementation of this project [Paks-2 NPP]. This is not a Russian <...> project. This is a pure project in the interests of the Hungarian people. Nuclear electricity will be stable for more than 70% of Hungary's energy mix," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
