Mikhail Shvydkoi, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation, was included in the database of the Ukrainian Mirotvorets resource. This was confirmed on April 14 by the website data.

According to the resource, he is charged with allegedly encroaching on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as participating in events aimed at glorifying the Russian military.

Russian blogger Mikhail Litvin was added to the Mirotvorets resource database on the same day. On the pages of the blogger's resource, he is accused of providing material support to units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
