On April 16, the Good Exhibition opens on Tverskaya Boulevard in Moscow, an art project of the Mospitome x Four—Legged Friend program, in which ten contemporary artists and illustrators will present art objects inspired by pets. The exhibition is held as part of the Easter Gift festival and is aimed at supporting the placement of animals from shelters, the organizers of the event said.

The exhibition will be open-air from April 16 to 19. The authors work in different fields — from painting and graphics to street art and digital forms. Among the participants are Sergey Kozlikin, a resident of the CSI Vinzavod, Gosha Khomich and Artur Krivoshein, artists of the Open Studios Vinzavod project, Alexandra Burmistrova, a member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Viktor Lyubishkin, a Yandex 360 ambassador, and others.

Each work is a personal story told through the image of a pet, the organizers noted. So, Artur Krivoshein created an art object inspired by the real puppy of the longhair dachshund Ozzy, whom he took home last fall. Turbin depicted Inych the dog in a meditative lotus position, and Dasha Mint dedicated the work to the cat Peach.

The Mospitomets x Four-Legged Friend program is being implemented jointly with the Moscow City Economy Complex and the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow. At the site, you can get acquainted with cats and dogs from Moscow shelters — there are about 200 animals in total, which change every day. You can walk with them, accompanied by volunteers, and take your pet home after the interview. There will also be a mobile vet station with consultations, vaccination and chipping, classes with dog handlers, lectures and master classes.
