Zelensky promised to partially restore the Druzhba oil pipeline by the end of April.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the damaged Druzhba oil pipeline will be put into operation by the end of this month. He announced this on April 14 during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

"As for the oil pipeline, as we promised, it will be repaired by the end of April. Not completely, but enough to function," the Telegram channel quotes him as saying "Страна.иа ".

The head of the Kiev regime also expressed hope for the subsequent fulfillment of his promises by other EU countries and Hungary in particular, which "blocked certain important decisions for us."

On April 12, former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban pointed to the likely resumption of the Druzhba oil pipeline immediately after the parliamentary elections in the country.

On April 10, Zelensky promised that the Ukrainian authorities would complete the repair of the Druzhba oil pipeline, through which Hungary and Slovakia receive Russian oil, in the spring.
