Nissan has announced a new Juke crossover and Skyline sports sedan
During the presentation of the Vision Event, Nissan announced new models and shared its plans for the future. In particular, the Japanese automaker showed the new generation Juke crossover and announced the Skyline sports sedan.
The third-generation Nissan Juke will be an exclusively electric vehicle, sharing a platform with models such as the Nissan Ariya and Renault Megane E-Tech. The electric Juke is due to enter the market in early 2027 and will be sold in parallel with the second-generation hybrid model. The novelty features an unusual exterior design with "chopped" surfaces and angular elements. There are no technical details about the crossover yet.

Another striking novelty announced at the conference was the new generation Nissan Skyline sports sedan. He was shown in the teaser images. One of the features of the model is the return of the iconic round lights on the stern, the design of which refers to the GT—R models of the R34/R35 generations. It is assumed that the sedan will be equipped with a three-liter V6 turbo engine with a capacity of over 400 hp, which is currently being installed on the Nissan Z coupe. The sports sedan is expected to make its market debut in 2027.
The Japanese company also announced a reduction in the model range from 56 to 45 vehicles under the Nissan and Infiniti brands. The company has not yet specified which models will be discontinued. The Japanese manufacturer has announced that it plans to actively introduce artificial intelligence into car safety systems and hybrid technologies.
Earlier, on April 9, it was reported that sales of Japanese and German cars increased significantly in Russia. Experts attributed this to the effect of a low base and the fear that it would soon become much more difficult to purchase such machines.
