It is specified that Moscow and Ankara have expressed their readiness to contribute to the peaceful settlement of the conflict. During the conversation, Fidan also raised the issue of the development of the situation around Ukraine and the prospects for resuming negotiations with the participation of the United States. He confirmed Turkey's readiness to provide an Istanbul venue for possible negotiations.

The interlocutors exchanged assessments of the situation in the Persian Gulf zone and called for an immediate cessation of all hostilities.
