Moskalkova reported confirmation of the shooting of civilians in the Kursk region
The information about the executions of civilians by the Ukrainian military in the Kursk region is confirmed by the words of eyewitnesses and the discovery of mass graves. This was announced on April 14 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.
"Yes, there are civilian graves in the Kursk region. Those Kursk residents who returned to Russia from captivity tell about the executions of civilians by Ukrainian soldiers," she said in an interview with TASS.
Moskalkova called the incident a very tragic and difficult topic, and also expressed her condolences and sympathy to the relatives of the victims.
The governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, announced yesterday that a bus carrying seven Kuryans released from Ukrainian captivity had arrived in Kursk. He noted that they were met by Moskalkova at the Belarusian border. Khinstein stressed that all citizens will be accommodated in temporary accommodation facilities and examined by doctors who, if necessary, will provide them with qualified medical care.
Moskalkova announced on March 19 that new exchanges between Russia and Ukraine were being prepared. In addition, it was clarified that contacts between the ombudsmen of the countries on the detained civilians of the Kursk region are conducted through various channels.
