In 2026, it is planned to allocate 1.8 billion rubles to support small and medium-sized businesses in the Trans-Baikal Territory. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Economic Development.

"In 2026, it is planned to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses for 1.8 billion rubles. Of these, concessional loans — by 0.6 billion, guarantees — by 1.2 billion," the report says.

As of April 13, support has already been provided for 401.5 million rubles, of which guarantees — for 285.2 million and concessional loans — for 116.3 million. In the last week alone, the companies received 43.2 million rubles.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, tourism, manufacturing, logistics, service, and agriculture are still priorities in providing support.

On April 1, State Duma deputies from the Fair Russia faction launched an initiative to introduce tax incentives for women entrepreneurs with preschool-age children. It is expected that the initiative will be able to help women who combine starting a family and working on a business.
