Yulia Kulminskaya, the creator of the natural cosmetics brand, said that chronic stress is associated not only with the number of tasks, but also with the loss of contact with the body: a person stops noticing fatigue signals, which eventually leads to anxiety and sleep problems.

In conversation with the agency RuNews24.Ru On Monday, April 13, she noted that in conditions of constant information load, the usual digital tools do not always have a lasting effect, so more and more attention is being paid to bodily practices.

The expert explained that breathing remains one of the easiest ways to recover: a slow rhythm with prolonged exhalation helps to reduce tension and switch the body from stress mode to rest. Tactile sensations also play an important role — warm water, touch, and body care bring attention back to your own feelings and help to stabilize your condition.

She added that more and more people are returning to household rituals, especially water practices. Baths with salt and herbs, she says, have a gentle effect on the body, help reduce the feeling of heaviness and tension, and create a sense of security. Kulminskaya emphasized that regularity is of key importance: it is simple repetitive actions that form a stable state, reduce anxiety levels and help to cope with stress more easily.

Nutritionist Olga Redina warned on April 12 that no amount of exercise will help you lose weight with chronic stress. According to her, constant anxiety increases cortisol levels, which increases appetite and promotes fat accumulation, especially in the abdominal area. In this condition, a person controls their diet worse and chooses unhealthy food more often, notes Life.ru .

At the same time, psychologist and emotional therapist Victoria Zaitseva named the key differences between laziness and apathy. The expert noted that laziness is temporary and is usually tied to a specific area of life, while apathy affects all human interests.

Psychologist Olga Lanberg warned on April 9 that stress hormone can lead to memory loss. She noted that a person may forget recent events, although he remembers the past. At the same time, the ability to plan and self—control decreases - absent-mindedness, irritability appear, a person loses things and the thread of conversation, reports 360.ru .

At the same time, dentist Victoria Karatayeva said that chronic stress harms teeth and bite through reduced oral protection and bruxism. She explained that the doctor may be the first to notice signs of stress.: chipped, sensitive teeth, dry mouth and clicks in the jaw, writes RT.

In February, HR expert Yulia Tsygankova said that more than 30% of Russians experience chronic stress at work, as they do not respond to poor conditions and attitudes. According to research, only 20% of employees openly oppose the aggression and abuse of management, NSN notes.

Earlier, psychologist Mikhail Horse said that in 80% of cases, internal tension arises due to a misinterpretation of the situation. He advised changing the "everything is bad" attitude to a calmer perception of the situation as a part of life. This reduces stress, helps to conserve resources and not focus on the negative, writes Pravda.Ru .
