The Marka Rus company has decided to close all retail stores of the Turkish clothing brands Oxxo, Club, NetWork and Mudo in Russia. This was reported on April 13 by the newspaper Kommersant with reference to the explanatory note to the accounting statements of the organization.

Currently, brands in Russia still have 20 stores. According to the company's accounts, all remaining outlets will be closed in 2026. At the same time, ten retail spaces stopped working back in 2025.

Oxxo, Club, NetWork and Mudo stores began operating in the Russian market in 2022 after a number of Western retailers left the country. In addition to managing Turkish brands, Marka Rus is developing a retail network of the Spanish Mango brand in Russia. In the future, the company intends to focus on selling Mango products through marketplaces.

The main reason for the closure of most outlets could be the lack of advertising support, said Evgenia Khakberdieva, director of the retail real estate department at NF Group. According to her, the brand owner expected that Russian consumers, after the departure of international retailers from the country, would be ready to buy products of little-known brands without promotion.
