Sales of MG brand cars in Russia have come to naught
By the end of March, only two new cars of the British-Chinese MG brand were sold in Russia. This was reported on April 13 by the Telegram channel of the Chinese Cars portal with reference to data on the registration of new cars from Autostat Info.
According to car registration statistics, in March, only two MG liftback copies with the index 6 and ZS were registered in the Russian Federation. At the same time, since the beginning of the year, the Russians have registered only 12 MG cars.
There are 65 new cars listed in the "Cars in stock" section on the Mir-Distributor website. These are the RX9, RX8 and HS crossovers, sedans with indexes 6 and 5, as well as the Cyberster electric sports car.
The new Moskvich M70 and M90 crossovers, which began selling in Russia in March, are based on the MG brand models.
Earlier, on March 11, it was reported that the MG HS crossover, on the basis of which the Moskvich M70 model was created, was among the ten most popular Chinese cars in the UK.
