Magyar stated the need for negotiations between Budapest and Moscow

Peter Magyar, the leader of the Hungarian Tisa party that won the parliamentary elections, said on April 12 that Hungary would have to negotiate with Russia.

"We will have to sit down at the negotiating table with the Russian president [Vladimir Putin]," he said in an interview with the Nepszava newspaper.
