Washington changed the "rules of the game" when "a few centimeters" remained before the adoption of the agreement between the United States and Iran. This was announced on April 13 by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
"When there were only a few centimeters left before the signing of the memorandum of understanding [in Islamabad], we were faced with maximalism, game—changing and blockade," he wrote on the social network X.
