In northeastern Estonia, a local resident discovered a piece of debris on Kalvi Beach, presumably belonging to a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This was reported on April 12 by the ERR broadcasting company with reference to the security police.

"A local resident found her this morning," said Marta Tuul, a spokeswoman for the Internal Security Service.

It is specified that a fragment of the drone's wing was washed ashore from the sea in the Liaene-Virumaa county. The Estonian Internal Security Service (ISS/KAPO) noted that, according to preliminary estimates, the part may belong to a Ukrainian drone. At the same time, it is clarified that the device itself did not crash at the place of detection.

The agency reported that the investigation is ongoing.

On April 10, the Foreign Ministers of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia denied statements about providing their airspace to Ukraine for strikes against Russia. It was clarified that the Baltic countries had officially notified representatives of the Russian embassies about this.

ERR reported on April 1 that Tallinn called on Kiev to take all necessary measures to prevent Ukrainian drones from entering the republic's airspace. Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna conveyed the corresponding message to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring).

On March 31, a Ukrainian drone exploded near residential buildings in the Tartu county of Estonia. The local police also warned that on the night of March 31, several more drones were spotted over the territory of the state, and urged to remain vigilant.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
