A Russian soldier who had been in Ukrainian captivity for three years called his mother. This was reported by TASS on April 11.
"Calm down, it's okay. Yes, they exchanged it. Yes, everything is fine. Thank you for looking for me, for believing in me," he said.
The soldier himself said that he had been in captivity for about three years. However, after he was notified of his return home, he thought it was a prank.
