Businessman Chachava's structures increased their stake in Ozon to 34.95%
JSC O23, owned by Alexander Chachava, entrepreneur and founder of the Leta Capital venture fund, has increased its stake in Ozon to 34.95%. This is stated on April 10 in the company's annual report for 2025.
According to the document, the share of AFK Sistema is 31.8%, and the remaining 33.25% of shares are held by minority shareholders.
The above capital structure is relevant as of March 1, 2026. Prior to that, it was known that Chachava's structures owned 27.71% of Ozon shares.
In March, it was reported that X5 groups (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Chizhik) and Lenta (Lenta, Monetka, and Rainbow Smile hypermarkets) were interested in acquiring the Gulliver retail chain. According to four sources familiar with the companies' plans, X5 "some time ago" sent a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) to the seller, suggesting the definition of key terms of the transaction between the parties.
