In the first quarter of 2026, the number of accidents caused by car-sharing users in Moscow decreased by 12% compared to the same period in 2025. This was reported to Izvestia on April 10 by Delimobil.

According to her, from January to March, the number of accidents involving two or more cars decreased by 7%, and collisions with obstacles — by 12%.

The company said it is developing a program to improve road safety and foster a culture of responsible driving. The service has a rating system: driving style is recorded in real time — speed, sudden acceleration and braking. Careful drivers get advantages — trips are cheaper for them, and access to premium cars also appears.

It is noted that such a rating motivates users to follow the rules and drive more carefully. Additionally, the service employs special mechanics to check drivers before starting a rental. It prevents drivers with poor concentration from making trips. The mindfulness test ("alcoquiz") usually appears in the app during the evening and night hours.

By the end of the winter of 2026, the number of trips per carsharing car exceeded five per day in Moscow. As noted on March 20, the new result turned out to be a record for winter in the entire history of the company's observations, it is about 1.5 times higher than the market average, representatives of Delimobil said.
