In Kamchatka, a criminal case has been opened into the disappearance of part of a group of tourists, two of whom died. This was reported on April 10 in the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Kamchatka Territory.
"The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kamchatka Territory have opened a criminal case on the disappearance of a group of tourists, two of whom were found dead, under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons") and Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life and consumer health, which negligently caused the death of two or more persons")," the press service said in a statement on the MAX messenger.
