Directed by Kristoffer Borgley. Starring: Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Alana Haim, Mamoudou Athie, Haley Gates, Anna Baryshnikov.

Director Kristoffer Borgley, known to viewers for the film "The Hero of Our Dreams" starring Nicolas Cage and the black comedy "Sick of Myself," unexpectedly mixes genres in his new film — a classic romantic comedy and a tense thriller. One of the main advantages of the film was the acting duo of Robert Pattinson and the stars of "Euphoria" and "Dune" Zendaya.

The plot centers on a young couple, Charlie and Emma, who are preparing for a wedding. However, shortly before the celebration, at a party with friends, they decide to play a dangerous game: everyone must confess their most terrible deed. Emma's revelation turns out to be so shocking that it calls into question Charlie's decision to live happily ever after with her. Here the light romcom becomes more and more disturbing. The authors pose the question: are we able to accept another person with all his skeletons in the closet?

The premiere of the sci-fi drama took place a year ago in the competition program of the 47th Moscow International Film Festival and now, on the eve of Cosmonautics Day, it is being widely distributed. Pavel Klushantsev, the Soviet director of the film Planet of Storms (1961), became the prototype of the main character, played by Sergey Gilev.

Leningrad, 1960. Director Nikolai Berentsev, obsessed with the sky, is busy filming an ambitious project, a science fiction film about an expedition to Venus. Large—scale decorations are already being erected in the pavilion - he himself creates models of planets and spacecraft, invents techniques for combined filming. Berentsev longs to show the world beyond the Earth, but finds no support either among colleagues or among scientists. At some point, the director himself begins to doubt that people need his film. The internal conflict is resolved when Gagarin paves the way to the stars.
